The Newest Obstacle

The U.S. Embassy just changed their policies and procedures with field investigations and exit interviews. It is now going to take several weeks longer than we had hoped. I am still hoping to go the end of September, but it will take a lot of prayers and a miracle. I just found out that our adoption decree is not even done yet and I can't get on the waiting list for a field investigation until it is. I feel so frustrated and helpless. All I can do is pray for miracles. It's funny how it keeps coming back to that point!
