On July 22nd, we had date night with the Simons adults. It was great fun. We went to the best Thai restaurant in Utah, Sawadee, in Salt Lake City. After stuffing ourselves and having to be rolled out of the restaurant, we still found the ability to go to a fabulous French bakery for pasteries. The food was awesome and the company was great. . . and there were no kids which made the night perfect. It was also Grandma and Grandpa Simons 41st Anniversary--Congratulations!
